What is the delivery time of my order?
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. For the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 24 hours. In some cases, the delivery may be delayed. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your track and trace.
For other countries within the EU, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For all other countries within Europe different rates apply. These are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can find the status of your package and, if necessary, change your delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Since we process and pack your order as quickly as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order.
If you do not wish to keep the product, it can be returned to us.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Sanova delivers throughout Europe. The carrier is determined by the country of destination.

Return period
You must report your return within 14 days of receipt. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
Returns Policy
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned unused and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product/packaging to you . So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returned .
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Sanova will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products caused by improper return packaging.
- We will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Sanova does not reimburse return costs.
How can I return my order?
If you want to return your order, you can send an email to info@sanova-sanitair.nl within 14 days of receiving the package. We will then send you return instructions. After this, you have 14 days to return the product in its original state to the delivery service.
