We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 24 hours if you order before 5:00 PM . In some cases, delivery may be delayed. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your Track & Trace code.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Here you can check the status of your package and, if necessary, change your delivery.
For other countries within the EU, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
Returning your order
Not satisfied with your order for any reason? No problem. You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. To start your return request, click here to go to our returns portal.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the return.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product/packaging . Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it .
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Sanova is not responsible for lost or damaged products caused by improper packaging.
- We will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase or as store credit.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
