Shipping
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 24 hours, if you order before 17:00. In some cases, delivery may be delayed. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your Track & Trace.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace code. Here you can find the status of your package and, if necessary, change your delivery.
For other countries within the EU, the average delivery time is 1 to 4 working days.
Returning your order
Are you dissatisfied with your order for any reason? No problem. You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. To initiate your return request, you can click here to go to our return portal.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. After this, you have another 14 days to send the return.
- The buyer is responsible for the costs of return.
- The product must be returned unused and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product/packaging. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipment. Sanova does not take responsibility for lost or damaged products resulting from improper packaging of the return.
- We will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase or as store credit.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- If you have received a defective product, you must send an email to info@sanova-sanitair.nl within 3 working days of receipt to report the problem.
